Manchester - Cotton Street Ancoats www.koffeelock.com/ A new facility for cycle parking. The sign is in need of changing to reflect the low risk of cycling and encourage this activity. Suggested rewording of this paragraph "Cycling is a low risk activity and patrons are strongly recommended to discover Manchester by cycle. Lack of exercise is bad for you and expensive for the NHS. "
